1 box red velvet cake mix (any brand)
2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Cream cheese frosting, optional

Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Mix cake mix, eggs and oil with a spoon until completely and thoroughly blended. Batter will be thick. Roll in balls or use cookie scoop to make cookies. Place on slightly greased cookie sheet and flatten a little. Mine were about 1/2" thick. Bake 10-12 minutes. Fat cookies will crack.
