2-3 skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 green bell pepper
1/2 onion, large cut
1 cup whole walnuts
1 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. red pepper flakes (to taste)
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. flour

Cut veggies into large chunks and fry in 1 tbsp. vegetable oil until 1/2 tender. Set aside. Cut chicken into large chunks, removing all fat. Brown chicken in 1 tbsp. vegetable oil until done, then add veges back in, along with walnuts. Keep warm.

Add soy sauce to small pan, then add other sauce ingredients. Simmer until the mixture starts to thicken, then add to chicken/vege pan and simmer for 5-10 minutes more on low heat. Serve over rice.
