7 lbs Standing Rib Beef Roast - 3 bones is enough for 6 people
(1 bone for every 2 people)
Black Pepper
Sea Salt
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Take roast out of refrigerator and remove from package and let stand in roasting pan for 30 minutes before cook time. Melt a small amount of butter and coat sides to moisten, then rub in pepper and salt to taste.

Place in 450 degree pre-heated oven for 15 minutes, rib side down, fat side up, then turn down to 325 degrees for 2 hours. Use a meat thermometer to cook until at the proper condition. Take out of oven when at proper temperature, and let stand for a minimum of 30 minutes before carving.
