4 c. hot mashed potatoes (with butter and milk added)
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. pimento--finely chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and put in baking dish, sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 45 min at 350º
