2 Cans 12 oz. of Chuck White Tuna in Water (drained)
1/4 cup or less of finely diced Onion
5 Celery stalks, diced
1 pckg. of Cherry tomatoes (sliced in fours)
3 Avocados diced (keep the seed to pour in at the end to keep the avocado fresh)
1 pck Bacon
3 tbsp. of sweet relish
3/4 to 1/2 cup of Dijon Mustard
1/2 a Lemon
2 cups of Mayo (enough to cover your tuna to taste)
Season with pepper, garlic and salt to taste
100% whole grain wheat bread
Mustard for bread spread
Sprouts
Sliced tomatoes
Sliced red onion
Leaf lettuce

1st Cook the Bacon to crispy (drain)

2nd In a large bowl Mix in the Onions, celery, bacon, tuna, avocados, cherry tomatoes, sweet relish. Add the mayo, Dijon mustard. Squeeze half of a lemon. Last add the pepper, garlic and salt to taste. Give it a good stir until everything is incorporated really good.

Add the avocado seeds and let your bowl sit in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes.

Prepare your bread (plain or toasted) Spread mayo and mustard of your liking.

Then add the tuna recipe evenly on your bread. Add the Sprouts, tomatoes, lettuce and Enjoy!

*** Have your sandwich with some Chips and extra sliced tomatoes on the side.
You can add some Tapatio according to my husband taste.
