1 lb fresh crab meat
3 slices white bread, crust removed, or packaged bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Chop bread crumbs finely. In a large bowl, mix together egg, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and Old Bay seasoning. Add breadcrumb mixture to crab meat and mix by hand. You want to avoid breaking up too many of the lumps but have the balls stay together. Shape into 24 balls and fry in batches in hot oil until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels. Serve with your favorite sauce, if desired.
