1 1/2 lbs group beef, browned
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
salt and pepper to taste
1 (15 oz can kidney beans, drained
Tomatoes
1 head lettuce
1 (8 oz) pkg shredded cheese
1 bottle Thousand Island dressing
1 bag taco chips, crushed
taco sauce, optional.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning mix according to pkg. Add salt and pepper. Refrigerate until you want to make the salad. Combine kidney beans, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese; add cold seasoned group beef. (may have to microwave slightly). Toss with thousand island dressing. Right before serving add taco chips. You can also add taco sauce.
