Ingredients:  
4 to 5 boneless chicken breast, cooked and cut into small pieces
Or
2 (12 oz) cans canned chicken breast
1/2 C green pepper, chopped
1/4 C onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can fiesta nacho cheese soup
2 (10 oz.) cans rotel tomatoes
1 box Velveeta cheese
1 large can chicken broth or 3 to 4 cans small.
bite size tortilla chips
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken, green pepper and onion. Set aside. heat 2 cans soup, then add rotel. Add Velveeta cheese and stir occasionally until melted. Add chicken, then add chicken broth until desired consistency is reached. Place chips in a bow and pour soup over chips. Top with sour cream.
