20 Minute Chocolate Cake: from Cory Atteberry's grandmother
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. water
4 Tbs . cocoa (unsweetened Hershey Cocoa powder)
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. margarine ( I use stick butter)
1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Icing:
1 stick margarine
4 Tbs. Cocoa (unsweetened Hershey Cocoa powder, I use heaping Tbs.)
6 Tbs. milk
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º
In a large mixing bowl, mix flour and sugar. Combine margarine, shortening, cocoa and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over flour and sugar mixture. Beat until blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 10x15 pan and bake for 20 minutes.

For the icing:
Mix margarine, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Beat until until smooth and spread on warm cake. Let cool before cutting into pieces. Good to freeze and even to microwave and serve with vanilla ice cream.
