2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 t. garlic powder
2 t. mustard
1 1/2 c ketchup
2 T. (or less) brown sugar
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown the beef, onion and green pepper; drain. Stir in the garlic powder, mustard, ketchup and brown sugar; mix thoroughly. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes OR put in crock pot and let cook on low for 4 hours or so. Put onto Keep Warm setting if needed after completed cooking.
