1 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 t. salt
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. warm water
2 packages yeast
2 eggs, beaten
5 - 6 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk, stir in sugar, salt and margarine. Cool to lukewarm. Measure warm water into large warm bowl. Sprinkle yeast in and stir until dissolved. Add milk mixture, eggs and 2 c. flour. Beat until smooth. Stir in flour to make a soft dough. On lightly floured board, knead until smooth, about 8 - 10 minutes. Place in greased bowl; turn to grease top. Cover with damp towel, let rise to double. Punch down and shape into balls. Put on greased pan, let rise again until double. Bake at 375* for 15 - 20 minutes.
