2 oz finely ground pecans
2 Tbsp sugar
1 stick margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1 C flour
pinch of salt
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º.
Add all ingredients except powdered sugar to bowl. Mix and work with hand until mixture holds together. Pinch off bits of dough and roll into balls. Push down gently and bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes. Drop in bag with powdered sugar while warm to coat.
