1 c. water
18 oz. stewed tomatoes
1/4 c. quick-cook brown rice
1/2 c. raisins
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. curry powder
cube chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cloves minced garlic
bay leaf
3/4 lb. boned, skinned chicken beast cut into bite sized peaces

Directions:
Directions:
Stir everything except chicken in large skillet.
Bring to a boil and then add chicken.
Transfer to casserole dish without cooking longer.
Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350º
Stir occasionally.
