2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. bittersweet chocolate pieces
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored (about 3 minutes). Continue beating and add sugar, salt, corn syrup, butter, and vanilla. Stir in coconut, oats, and chocolate pieces. Pour into pie shell. Bake 350º for 50-55 minutes. Pie will be very dark in color. Cool completely before serving.
