2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. baking cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. hot water

Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Stir in oil, buttermilk, and eggs. Add water, stir until combined.

Bake in 13" x 9" x 2" pan for 35 - 38 minutes. When cool, dust with powdered sugar or use favorite frosting.
