Ingredients:
For cake:
6 eggs
140 g. walnuts, ground into flour in food processor
90 g. breadcrumbs, unseasoned
200 g icing sugar (powered sugar)
1 t. vanilla
1 big spoon flour
1 small spoon baking powder

For filling:
Cook one box vanilla pudding or use instant, divided into thirds
chocolate or cocoa
lemon juice
any kind of jam

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites with sugar - make a firm "snow" out if it, then add the yolks.
In a different bowl mix the baking powder with the flour and breadcrumbs and only after gently mix it into the first bowl. Finally, add the nut flour. Pour into a greased springform cake pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 300º for 5 minutes, and then reduce temperature to 180-200º and bake for 30 minutes. After baking we let the cake cool down.

Take a big knife and cut the cake into 2-3 rings and fill it with the filling.
1st filling: 2/3 of the vanilla pudding - mix it with cocoa or chocolate
2nd filling: mix 1/3 of the pudding with lemon juice
3rd filling: any kind of jam

The chocolate filling goes inside and the outside as well - at the top and sides of the cake. You can decorate it with Smarties at the end. Best if let set overnight!

Personal Notes:
It is the best cake in the world and my favorite. There is no flour - its made all out of walnuts.
