Batter for Crepes:
4 eggs
1 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 c milk
1/2 c water

Cheese Filling:
2 c dry cottage cheese
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp whipping cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
dill and green onions
Directions:
Directions:
Mix up batter, cook on griddle (one side only). Mix together the cheese filling.

Add cheese filling to the centre and roll up. Place in rows in a roaster or casserole, buttering between. Bake with cream and dill.
