3/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 t. vanilla
1 2/3 c. flour
1/4 t. salt
almonds (garnish)

Chocolate filling:
1 c. conf. sugar
3 T. cocoa
2 T. margarine
1/2 t. vanilla
1 1/2 T. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, sugar, egg and vanilla until fluffy. Add flour and salt; blend well. Shape into 1" balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Make indentation in center with thumb. Bake at 375* for 8 - 10 minutes until lightly browned. Fill with teaspoonful of Chocolate Filling. Swirl with spatula; top with an almond.
Chocolate filling:
Blend all until smooth and creamy.
