Ingredients:
Ingredients:
*You can make this with a Big Green Egg or Normal Grill

8oz. of salmon per person
1 bottle of Soy Vay Island Teriyaki or Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce
Need fish tray to cook brittle fish on grill. If you don't have one you can use a banana leaf and cook on that or a similar type of leaf. Ginger also works well.

Directions:
Directions:
Leave salmon out to get room temperature before cooking.
marinate salmon for minimum 30 minutes.

For Green Egg:

Get egg to 350.
Place salmon on grill or leaf and pour some of the sauce on it if you want, I prefer it.
Will be done in 12-17 minutes typically depending on Egg heat.

For Grill:

Place salmon on leaf on top rack (5-6 inches above normal grill) for 12-15 minutes cooking on medium with grill shut.

If you slide spatula between skin and salmon when you're taking the salmon off you can cleanly take all of the skin off and serve immediately.
