Base:
1 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg yolk, beaten

Blueberry filling:
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 tablespoon cornstarch
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons sugar

Cream cheese filling:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
For base, mix together flour and sugar. Add egg and butter. Mix thoroughly, using your hands. Press evenly into a 9 x 9" pan with your fingers. Bake at 400º for 25 to 30 minutes until it begins to brown slightly.

In a small saucepan, add blueberries, juice, cornstarch, and sugar. Heat on medium until sauce thickens. Remove from heat.

Mix together cream cheese and sugar. Slowly add flour. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.

Pour cream cheese mixture over crust. Spread evenly. Use a spoon to drop spoonfuls of blueberry mixture on top of cream cheese. Use a knife to swirl the blueberries through the cream cheese.

Bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes until top begins to brown slightly and until bars are set.
