1 can cream of chicken soup
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes (let sit out 1/2 hour)
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 stick melted butter or margarine
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and spread with a spoon into 9x13 casserole dish.
Bake 375º for 1 hour.
