6 pork chops - 3/4" thick
2 tbsp. bacon drippings or shortening
1/2 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. chili sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops in drippings, pour off the drippings.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine soup, Worcestershire and chili sauces. Pour over chops.
Top each chop with onion slices and cover tightly with foil.
Cook at 325º for 45 minutes to one hour until done.
