1 (12 oz.) package of fettuccini, uncooked
3 tbsp margarine or butter
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp chicken-flavor instant bouillon
1 tsp basil leaves
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups of milk
2 cups cubed cooked chicken (tyson)
grated parmesan cheese
brocoli

Prepare fettuccini according to package directions and drain. In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, melt margarine. Then stir in flour, bouillon, basil, garlic powder, and pepper. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir until slightly thickened and bubbly. (If necessary, you may need to add more flour) Stir in chicken and brocoli and heat through. In a large serving bowl, combine hot cooked pasta and sauce, toss to coat. Serve immediately with parmesan cheese.

I buy fresh brocoli and steam it for this dish. I also marinate my chicken in olive oil and garlic before adding it into the sauce.
I have also made this dish with shrimp, lobster, and crab. Be creative!
