-1 tbsp cornstarch
-2 tsp water
-1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
-2 1/2 tbsp white distilled vinegar
-1 1/2 tbsp honey
-1 tbsp ginger root, peeled and chopped
-1 tbsp minced garlic
-1 tbsp sesame oil
-non stick cooking spray
-4 (4 oz) haddock fillets (boneless and skinless)

-Preheat oven to 400 degrees

-In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water. Stir until cornstarch dissolves; set aside. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine soy sauce, vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic and sesame oil; bring to a boil. Add cornstarch mixture and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

-Generously baste fillets with glaze and place on a greased baking pan.

-Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until fish is cooked thoroughly and flakes easily with a fork.

Personal Notes:
-I would use maybe a 1/3 cup or 1/4 cup soy sauce, it was a bit salty the first time I made it.
