1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
4 oz can chopped green chilies
2 Tbsp chopped green onion
1 cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
1 Tbsp chopped jalapeņo peppers seeds removed
4 oz cream cheese
1 tsp dried Cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into small pieces. Cook when almost cooked add green chilies, green onion, and peppers. Saute until tender and chicken is cooked. Add Monterrey cheese and cream cheese. Stir together. You can serve as a dip or make a bundle. As a dip you can serve with tortilla chips or cut wanton wrappers and deep fry till golden brown. Use as a chip for the dip.
To make a bundle: Take a wanton wrapper place small amount of mixture in wrapper. Brush sides with water, fold and seal. Deep fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towel and serve.
