3 Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
½ cup plus 2 tablespoons of Wings sauce
Salt and pepper
8 oz shredded Monterrey jack cheese
1 cup flour
3 eggs slightly beaten
2 cups Italian seasoned panko bread crumbs
Vegetable oil
Ranch for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and shred in a food processor. Place chicken in a large bowl add wing sauce, salt and pepper to taste, cheese and toss to combine. Roll into 1 inch balls.
Place flour, eggs and bread crumbs in 3 separate bowls. Roll each ball in flour, then eggs, then bread crumbs. Set aside.
When oil is hot, fry the chicken balls until golden brown. Remove and drain oil. Serve with ranch for dipping.
