4 cups (1 1/4 pounds) rinsed and picked over fresh or frozen blueberries (no need to thaw if frozen)
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Topping
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large egg, slightly beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. grease a 9-inch square or other shallow 2 to 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Mix blueberries, flour and cinnamon. Pour into prepared dish.To make topping, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium-size bowl. Add remaining ingredients; stir to blend. Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls over blueberry mixture. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot.
