6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 green onion, minced
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 - 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 of 2 1/2 or 3 oz can crumbled bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Grease 10 1/2" round pan or 9" x 9" baking pan. Beat eggs, milk, onion and butter, salt and pepper until well blended. Pour mixture into pan and sprinkle cheese and bacon on top. Bake 20 minutes or until set and golden brown. Makes 4 main servings. We add some green pepper to the onion part.
