2 zucchinis, cut into 4-inch sticks
1/3 c. flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 c. Italian-style bread crumbs

SPECIAL SAUCE
1/4 c. mayo
1/4 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. spicy mustard
1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray and set aside.
Working one at a time, dredge zucchini in flour, dip into eggs, then dredge in bread crumbs, pressing to coat.
Place onto prepared baking sheet and coat with nonstick spray. Place into oven and bake until golden brown, about 15-18 minutes.
To make the special sauce, combine all ingredients.
Serve zucchini sticks immediately with the special sauce.
