1 C French style green beans
1 C LeSuer peas
1 C shoe peg corn
1 C bean sprouts
1 C water chestnuts, sliced
1 C sliced celery
1 C chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
3 med carrots, sliced
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento

Marinade:

1 1/4 C vinegar
3 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 C oil
1 C sugar

Drain all ingredients and mix together. Pour marinade over and chill.
