4 c. peeled sliced peaches
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg
2 Tbsp.cream
1/4 c. brown sugar (packed)
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. soft butter
 

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º  Make bottom pastry for one pie, put in pan and bake it.
Arrange peaches in pie pan.  Sprinkle sugar and nutmeg over peaches.
Beat egg and cream together and pour over peaches and sugar.
Mix brown sugar; flour and butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle mixture over fruit.
Bake 35-40 minutes.
