2 c. Carrots, chopped
2 c. Water
2 c. Chicken, cooked and cubed
1 1/2 c. Chicken Broth
1 lb. Broccoli, chopped
1/2 c. Onion, chopped
1 t. Salt
1/2 c. ground oat flour
2 c. Milk
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine carrots, water, chicken, chicken broth, broccoli, onion, and salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Bring to boil again; gradually add in ground oat flour. To make oat flour place 2/3 c. old fashion oats in blender and blend until consistency of flour, approx. 60 seconds. Stir constantly. Stir in milk. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add cheese.
