2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium green pepper chopped
2 cans golden mushroom soup
2 packets of McCormick brown gravy mix
2 tbsp. Picante Sauce
2 tbsp. Taco Sauce
8 Flour tortilla
1 cup (or more) Shredded Mexican cheese
1 tsp. Garlic
1 tsp. Oregano
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Chili Powder
Salt & Pepper

Brown beef with chopped onion, green pepper, oregano, garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain beef and set aside

Make brown gravy mix per package instructions. Add golden mushroom soup with 2 can of water to brown gravy mix and stir until combined. Add Picante Sauce and taco sauce.

Cover bottom of a 9x13 baking pan with gravy. Fill flour tortillas with beef mixture and place in baking dish. Cover tortillas with gravy and top with shredded cheese

Bake 350 until cheese melts.
