1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup whole rolled oats
1/4 cup currents (raisins)
nutmeg to sprinkle on top
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a blender combine the milk, eggs, water, honey and vanilla until foamy. Pour this into a lightly buttered 9" square baking pan. Add the oats and stir gently. Top with the currants and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake for 20-25 minutes until firm. Serve it warm, topped with yogurt and fruit.
