2 dozen boiled eggs
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 - 1 tbsp. mustard (Dijon is better)
1/2 - 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 - 1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. garlic powder or garlic salt
1 - 2 tbsp. dried onion (reconstituted with a little water)
Pepper if desired
salt if desired

Boil 2 dozen eggs, cool and cut lengthwise in half
Take the yolk out and mix with the above ingredients. Clean the egg white and then by tsp full fill the hole in the egg with the yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika to make them colorful.

Chill and serve!
