6 medium sized potatoes, boiled and cooled
3 medium sized tart apples
3 sour pickles
pickle relish
1 1/2 cups cooked, cooled, diced roast beef or corned beef
6 oz. sour cocktail onions
4 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
eggs
mustard
You can add carrots cooked and diced and peas if desired

Garnish:
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
pickles, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Chop potatoes, apples and pickles into fine pieces. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and pack into a mold or bowl. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Unmold on a bed of lettuce or spread out on an oval plate. Garnish with eggs and pickles and putting a layer of mayonnaise on it. Serve!
