18 egg yolks
1 c. confectioner's sugar
1/2 pt. sour cream
6 c. flour
pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and knead until dough comes off hands cleanly.
Roll to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into strips 1 inch wide and 4 inches long (?)
Form (you know how to do this, right) and fry in hot oil until brown.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
