8 chicken thighs
4 T. toasted sesame seed oil
4 T. honey
½ c. soy sauce
½ c. minced green onion (tops included)
2 tsp. minced garlic (or more if desired)
2 tsp. minced ginger root
½ tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Directions:

Place chicken pieces in roasting pan or large casserole.
Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Bake in 375º oven for one hour, or until chicken is done and skin is crisp.
