2 c. milk
1 c. maple syrup
3 egg yolks
2 T. cornstarch
2 T. butter
pinch of salt
3 egg whites
6 T. maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/4 c. of the milk with the cornstarch to make a smooth paste. Mix in remaining milk, 1 c. maple syrup, egg yolks, butter and salt in top of a double boiler. Cook until smooth and thick. Pour into pudding dish. Beat the egg whites until stiff; add 6 T. maple syrup. Place on top of pudding and brown in a 350* oven for a few minutes.
