1 package lemon jello
1/4 t. salt
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
2 t. vinegar
1 c. unpeeled red apples, diced
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
3/4 c. celery, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello and salt in hot water. Add cold water and vinegar. Chill until slightly thickened. Then fold in apples, walnuts and celery. Pour into individual molds. Chill until firm. Unmold onto crisp lettuce.
