4 oz chipped beef (those little jars)
6-8 chicken breast halves, boned
6-8 slices bacon
dash pepper
sautéed mushrooms (hmm..1-8oz pkg)
101/2 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
1 c of sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275. Shred hipped beef into the bottom of a 10x12 shallow greased casserole. Wrap a slice of bacon around each half of chicken breast. Place the breasts on top of the beef. Sprinkle with pepper. Blend the soup with the sour cream and pour over the chicken breasts. Cover and bake for 3 hours.

i half the chicken breast length wise and double other ingredients to double recipe. Boneless skinless chicken breast whole are too big. Great to serve for a group, because it can be prepared ahead of time. The slow cooking makes the chicken very tender
