2 lb. Round or Sirloin Steak
1 lb. Fresh Mushrooms
4 Sweet Onions
1 Fresh Pineapple
1 Green Pepper
1 lb. Cherry Tomatoes

MARINADE
1/4 C. Soy Sauce
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
4 C. Italian Dressing
1 1/2 C. Beer

Cut Vegetables and Fruit into 1-2 inch chunks

Cut partially frozen (makes it easier to cut) meat into 2 inch chunks. Put in shallow pan and cover with marinade. Let set for at least 24 hours. Alternate slice of meat, green pepper, onion, pineapple and cherry tomatoes on bamboo skewers, top with a whole mushroom cap. Broil over coals, basting with marinade. DO NOT OVERCOOK!!!!

Tip: Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 1 hour before preparing.
