1 C. Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
5 drops Liquid Smoke Flavoring
Lemon Pepper, to taste
Round, Brisket or Flank Steak

Directions:
Directions:
Trim as much fat as possible off of meat, Slice with the grain, at least 1/8 inch thick. Mix first 4 ingredients and marinate at least 30 minutes.

Place on cookie sheet lined with foil. Sprinkle generously with lemon pepper. Bake 7 to 9 hours at 150º Cover and store.
