1 cup plain greek yogurt
1 cup egg whites
1 cup long cook rolled oats
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
¼ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a power blender or use immersion blender in a bowl. Blend until smooth. Let sit for 1 hour or overnight. This will make them fluffier. Cook like normal pancakes. Makes 6 small pancakes, about 15gr protein each.
