1 Brisket
1 Pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 can beer

Directions:
Directions:
Buy whatever size brisket you want.
Put in a foil lined 9x13 glass dish or pan, make the foil on both sides so you can fold over the top.
Put the package of Lipton Onion Soup Mix over brisket, then pour the can of beer over top.
Fold all of the foil to seal and bake @ 350 degrees for about 5 hours.
You can take the juice that is still in foil and make a gravy for potatoes.
