2 lbs pork loin roast - cut up in bite size pieces
1 small can diced jalapeņos
1 large yellow onion
1 large (28oz) can whole green chilies (with liquid) - cut into strips
1 large can diced green chilies (with liquid)
1 large (28oz) can diced tomatoes
seasoned salt - 2 quick shakes
Cayenne pepper - 2 quick shakes
Salt and Pepper to taste
Oregano - 2 pinches
Minced garlic - to cover meat
crushed red pepper - 2 shakes
1 T flour
1 T cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onions in 2 tsp oil. Throw in can of Jalapeņos, while cooking sprinkle in minced garlic, seasoned salt, 2 dashes of cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper, ground cumin and oregano. Salt and pepper so you can see it. Once browned put in 1 T flour & 1 T cornstarch. Cut up green chilies in strips & put in pan with tomatoes. Add water to desired thickness about 1/4 to 1 can of water - use chili can. Cook 2 to 4 hours as desired on low cover slightly.
