1 T. butter
1 T. flour
1/4 t. dry mustard
1/4 t. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. tomato juice
1/4 - 1/2 lb. cheese, shredded
Directions:
Directions:
Make a sauce of butter, flour, seasonings and tomato juice. When boiling put over hot water and add cheese. Stir until melted. Pour over toast.
