4 large baking potatoes, cooked
3 green onions, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup sour cream
1 egg lightly beaten
1 to 1 1/2 cups ham, cut in thin strips
1 1/4 cups grated Swiss cheese
salt and pepper
dash of paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in butter until onion is transparent. Cut the top off the baked potatoes and scoop out pulp. Reserve shells. Mash the potatoes and sour cream, egg and onion. Mix in ham and 1 cup Swiss cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Mound potato mixture into the shells. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of cheese and garnish with paprika. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
