1 pkg. (19 1/2 oz.) brownie mix
** ingredients called for on brownie mix **
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) jar creamy peanut butter
1 c. (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
6 T. butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare and bake brownies according to package's directions in a 13" x 9" pan. Let cool.

Mix sugar, 1/2 c. butter and peanut butter together. Spread over cooled brownies. Chill for one hour.

Melt together chocolate chips and remaining butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until completely melted and smooth. Spread over peanut butter covered brownies. Let cool before cutting into squares.

Personal Notes:
Very hard to cut and keep together if pan kept in fridge. Can get too soft sitting out on counter though. Very yummy though.
