4 large eggs
1 C granulated Sugar
1/2 C firmly packed light brown sugar
3/4 C dark corn syrup
1/2 C (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 pie crust

Topping:
1 1/2 C crushed pretzels
3 T unsalted butter, melted
3 T granulated Sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º F.

Make the filling: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs granulated sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, butter and vanilla until well combined. Pour into the pie crust.

Prepare the topping: Stir together the pretzels, butter, granulated sugar, and cinnamon until the pretzels are fully coated. Sprinkle over the pie.

Bake for 30 minutes. Cover the edges with foil to avoid burning and continue to bake until set around the edges and the center jiggles slightly. About 30 minutes more. Let cool completely before serving.
